Powerful pulsed lasers are applied for vibration analysis of dynamic processes, such as closing a car door. Applicable industrial safety and accident prevention regulations make the controlled and encapsulated guiding of the laser beam indispensable. To meet this requirement, Steinbichler now offers a robust articulated arm for guiding the beam. This articulated arm allows a very flexible construction which has the advantage that, in contrast to the glass fiber guide, the quality of the laser beam is not affected.
